What exactly is the problem that you're having @Sylar2k20 ?
If it's just that the chip hits high temps, that in itself is not necessarily a problem. AM5 chips are designed to boost as high as they can until they hit their temp limit. You can work out if it's having a cooling issue based on the chip performance. If you're not getting similar Cinebench R23 scores as people with equivalent hardware, for example, then you might be having temperature issues, however if you ARE getting similar scores then everything is working as intended.
You seem fixated on changing to an AIO, and changing case. If you just WANT that, fine, go for it - that's your perogative. If you need to justify it to yourself by saying you have temperature problems, be prepared to be disappointed if it doesn't solve this perceived issue.
