CPU temperature 100C under load

I've just fitted in the new cooler and the CPU now reaches 85-90C under load.

Is there any more I can do to get the temp down?
Did you turn the rear fan around so it's blowing air out of the case?

Also bear in mind is very hot today so you would expect to see temps around 10c lower on a normal day.

1 intake and 1 exhaust fan is not enough imo, would be adding at least one more intake preferably 2.

Take the side panel off your case and then test. What are the temps ?

What do the idle temps look like and did you test with the side panel off the case off as Micky suggested as this will give you an idea if it's the case airflow that's causing the higher temps.

CPU1 2050RPM
SYSTEM1 1400RPM
SYSTEM4 1400RPM

System fans running at 12V, no idea about the CPU fans

I mean the cpu speed in GHz and the CPU voltage. Possible system is already applying an auto overclock causing high temps likely due to high stock CPU voltage.

Download CPU-Z and where it says core VID there will be a voltage to the right of this. Ensure system is under load. And again core speed near the bottom and again report what that is under load.
