yeah good watch and he makes some good points, though as a pc gamer thought he'd know not to waste time with servers not showing a ping

If it only had DX11 I'd be screwed cause last I knew my GTX 260 was only the ancient DX 10.0
AND I'M NOT BUYING A NEW GPU!
I don't see how people can defend Crysis 2 if it ships with DX9 on the PC, it's frankly pathetic. What happened to the days when games were complete when they were released? Oh that's right, the game WILL be complete on the consoles, just not on the PC. If it's true, how long do you expect to have to wait to for the DX10 and DX11 graphics? 1 month? 4 months? 9 months?
As far as I know people buy high-end graphics cards to enjoy graphically stunning games to their full extent, which was what Crysis was all about, and now the dev's are saying "Well you can't enjoy the game to it's fullest, because we'll give you a half-assed release, so you have to wait until we put it in the game", so people who want to get the fullest out of the single player and take in the environment as they explore the story, can't. So they're stuck with a mediocre multiplayer which doesn't even work.
And your point is?
Really, considering the majority of the PC Market now have DX11 cards?
But why get wound-up and upset? Just don't buy it until it's to the standard you want it to be and the price you are willing to pay.
Late to the party, but I've got to pull you up on your made up statistic...![]()
It is simple.
DX11 in shipping title - day1 buy.
DX11 not in a shipping title - day "whenever it is 15 pounds" buy
I didn't just buy GTX560Ti clocked to be more powerful than GTX570 just to play some inferior console-like version.
a lot of people probably haven't added to the statistics though, one being myself.
i don't give a rats ass if the light doesn't reflect off the aliens arse, all i care about is kicking the arse not staring at it.
*screens*
i'd upload them full size if i knew how lol
