It's Crysis, it's amazing :p, if you've not played it on the PC I'd consider it an essential purchase if you like shooters, especially open shooters.

Was not expecting much after buying the PC version back in 2007 when it was first released but Crytek UK have done an amazing job considering the 360 hardware its one of the best 360 FPS games ever made & looks very good running on the Crytek3 engine. It looks like PC version on medium with some low res textures in places but vsync is on no screen tearing & 30 FPS is pretty constant. Controls are also tweaked a little for the gamepad & overall its a very good game. (achvs are fixed now as well).
 
Watching videos of it in action they certainly have done a sterling job at porting it over to consoles.

I already own it on PC, but I'm tempted to get it on 360 again just to play through on the big TV... :o
 
Haven't seen the game for myself yet but judging by the comments, it certainly bodes well for the next round of consoles if they are still doing jaw dropping stuff on 6-year-old hardware. :p
 
Nearly completed it now on easy (needs 2 playthrus for all achvs unless you want to grind the 1st playthru on Delta) have to say parts of it still look amazing especially on the 360 there are some incredible sections which you have to wonder in awe how on earth they even got it to run on such old hardware :eek: it has some low res textures but considering the FPS, no screen tearing whatseover that I can spot & stunning shader FX its quite a good technical achievement from Cryengine3 ;)

Definately the best HD remaster on 360 to date its almost like a new FPS :D

Cryengine3 was not around in 2007 the original Cryengine1 would never ever run on a console it has way too much detail & still needs a fast PC nowadays!
