Crysis. Maxed!

is there a mod that makes the movement a bit more realistic, seemed like you almost glide in crysis 1 as I did exactly the same thing when I got 780ti sli. Crysis 1, 2, and 3 immediately installed haha :D
 
I finally completed Crysis 1 the other day, sure it was pretty but the game is very average. Crysis 2 and 3 will have to happen soon too. I tried the Warhead expansion but got bored instantly :(

Tbh, I slapped on so many mods I can't even remember. :D

I tend to like quite heavy contrasts in games (reminds me of the old ATi IQ), but the 'dark shadow' option didn't really work in some of those shots - hence the blacked out parts of the gun. Some of the shots used DoF, some didn't, I think. That might explain the blur.

I pushed through Crysis 1 finding it pretty boring after a while, until I couldn't really be bothered any more then I turned it off.

A number of years later I returned to finish it, only to discover the final boss fights were literally just around the corner (I quit while on the carrier) :P I haven't played 2 or 3, though 'til this day I do find the first one quite pretty :)
 
so funny that crysis 1 makes many so called next gen games look like crap. Crytek so much wasted potential they went consoles dumbed down their games and didnt even make any money talk about poor decision making.
 
Just started playing crysis 3 (owned it for like a year but never bothered). Looks very good, and two 7950s do fine to play it. Recently fired up Warhead and it is still very pretty, although less rich and gritty. Has a brighter look that actually makes the gameplay better since I don't have to squint into shadows all the time. More like FC3 than I had thought actually.

Are you sure you had the DX11 pack and High Res packs installed.

I waited ages till they came out then played on a 2700k @ 5GHZ and a EVGA 680 4GB FTW @ 1255/7GHZ and I had to lower to same RES as you and with no AA or may have been 2AA (cannot remember).

Not Maxed and not 60FPS constant, the 770 is a rehashed 680 so do not see it being any faster than my model of 680.
