i played a game yesterday where the opposing teams bot was 2nd in the score table.
Well we had someone afk in a game last night, fortunately we were so far ahead that it didn't matter. Did our level best to try throwing it mind you, we lost ~6 rounds in quick succession whilst he was making a cup of tea or something.
At least on that other game you can actually pause. It's not possible to pause in CS:GO match making, although you get to use the bot when dead which is nice.
Hadn't played this game in well over a month until last weekend when I decided to have a go at a couple of competitive games with a friend - not expecting to do well. Came out of the second match ranked as MG1. This is the second time this has happened, it happened earlier on in the year when I had another break from the game. When I was playing the game every weekend solidly I could barely break GN3.
I think I need to take a year off and then do a couple of competitive games, I might get an even better rank then

As stupid as it sounds I believe Valve have said all bullet registrations etc are done server side not client side so what you see client side is not a true representation of what is actually happening. A few times people have recorded something in game but then when watching the replay back a character model is in a different place or doing a slightly different action as the replay shows server side and not client side.
Its poo.
Would the Global ranks on here be interested in playing Faceit or Cevo together? It would be good to have a team of 5 for some matches!

As soon as the game price went down MM suddenly filled up with cheaters.
That's why I don't play MM on my main anymore... so many boosted accounts and cheaters around its not worth playing. You don't get any enjoyment, I don't mind loosing as long, as people aren't being idiots during the match or rage... If I rage, its usually because I Ffff something up.

I have been meaning to look into FaceIT/ESEA whether to pay a Sub etc. Not sure If I have time until late evening today but in the future id be up for some FaceIT etc.

I only have one account so I have no other choice but to play. It wasn't that bad tbh until they reduced the game price, which they will probably do again once more in Christmas time

Went from MGE->DMG->MGE now at DMG. I might have found my solo queue ceiling.
unless you have something like 200/300 MM games(in a decent time), you haven't reached your ceiling yet.
i was at dmg/mge when i first started playing, and it seemed impossible to go any further. I was LEM for the better part of 4-5 months, and i luckily got smfc this weekend (not sure if i deserve it though).
play more, always get some little practice before MM.

About ~60 wins (no idea how many in total) games at the moment. So there is still hope..
I try to do some recoil practice before MM , some days , i just want to get on with it. Is there any maps you suggest for practice? I just discovered the community workshop and got recoil master and aim training maps.
Gf's little brother has just bought this so Iv'e been showing him the ways.
He goes and spends some of his pocket money on a Shadow case and gets FN Fade Shadow Daggers!

I've spent around 30-40 quid on different cases and nothing...

Got CSGO almost two years ago but never played vs a trigger bot till last night (that I remember, maybe 1 spinbot over year ago). Actually met one in arms race, so dam silly and unneeded. It appears very artificial and not otherwise skilled in play. 8 hours old and about to go rank 3 it was, I'll keep an eye on if it gets banned or not
