Because the game hasn't been in closed BETA for long enough? What is it now, 7 months+?

It's no big deal, as it's still at a pre order stage i'll just request a refund. The purchase was more of an impulse buy than anything so they've likely done me a favour and saved me a few quid.

I'll sleep better tonight knowing you're going to request a refund. Enjoy that £10.79 back, don't spend it all at once! Or have you changed your mind now considering it's still the 14th hah?
