CS:GO Discussion

could do without a comeback from na'vi, fnatic on stickers and skins on this one.

requested some skins back from my win yesterday and for some reason logging into steam on my browser this morning has said I have logged in on a new device and cant trade for 7 days. I was logged in on this machine all day yesterday!

You have 21 days until CSGL takes the skins back.

Na'vi making a small comeback. 10-12 for Fnatic.

Right, my pre-game analysis was terrible :p Ts played better overall, and I think Na'vi won both pistol rounds (1st half pistol surely, 2nd half I forgot).

Fnatic won that eco on 14-14....WHAT A GAME! CS is so nice :3

Won a FiveSeven Candy Apple MW, AK-47 Jungle Spray FT and an MP9 sand dashed FT. Will add that Five Seven on the VP game.

Who you guys going with in the Epsilon V's Dignitas, NIP V's Cloud9 quarter finals?

*Edit. I only had chicken feed on my FNATIC bet, won a sergeant Famas. :) Got my big money on VP later on today.

epsilon v digi is on a 50/50 split on cslounge now, should be a good game, im backing digi.

NIP for the NIPvC9

Hope for another clean sweep on the stickers too!

Cool I picked and bet with Dig too.

How about the other 50/50 game NIP Vs Cloud9? NIP clearly favourites for me, I guess that Comeback yesterday for Cloud9 got a lot of people behind them.

I need the clean sweep today to stay in with a chance for gold, gl.

I only stickered one team on day one so I think gold is out of reach for me. good game malt, my aim was shocking, I got carried for all of the second half :(

I had a slightly better start, I stickered 5 out of the 8 available first day before I got serious; I blame 5ub completely for my affliction with this.

Personally, all games are very close (as I already said). The only game that is more 'unstable' is the VP one.

I'm not betting on the C9 - NiP game. I feel C9 will win. They are doing really well, and they have Hiko.

Get_right has been doing terrible recently. yesterday he did badly, in G3 he did badly, and online recently he was very average. For the best player in the world, that's not good. I THINK he was the worst of his team yesterday.

Fifflaren says that if he is top fragging, something is seriously wrong. Guess what, he has been one of NiP's best players. Frieburg has been on fire, but they need a solid 5. Then again, NiP are NiP, the best team in the world. You never know if they can turn up. Also, C9 were a big lucky in both their games. They went to the wire and only some big plays by their players made them win the game.

It's a BO3 not a BO1, meaning that there is less unpredictability. I think that if vs Titan and vs Dignitas it was a BO3 (not BO1), they would have lost.

Still, it's so close.

No prob man. You played quite well even if your k/d didn't reflect it. We were playign vs some high nova players (GN3 and GN4) and a few smurfs, so don't bother.

You have good smokes/flashes. When I was new, I never used to use smokes and flashes, and I am still quite uneasy using them now. Shame about the draw.

Watching Dig - Epsilon now. Dig crushed CT side, which is unconventional for D2 as it is a bit T sided. Think Dig got this first map, but you NEVER know!

You have me questioning my bets now :D, not sure weather I should hedge my bets with my skins and go cloud 9 or all in on NIP, may be worth missing that one on the skins, like you say im not totally convinced on NIP but C9 can only pull so many comebacks for the win. I haven't watched any tournament grade CS so form isn't something I can gauge well.

I did play 1.6 and source but this is a whole new dynamic, its going to take a while to get to grips with eco management as it is something I never paid any attention to and some of these maps ive never played before.

I took some attention to matches ive watched and what people have said in here about Smoke/fire being a very good suppression tool and have tried to incorporate it from the start and it seems to help. Its the twitch reaction I need work on but as you say im playing high gold ranked players so can only expect so much and as long as im in the right positions and reporting the oppositions the im contributing .

Clipped my mic on my headphone lead so I hope it sounded a little better, im going to order a new one today though.

Haha :D Don't take my word on everything. I said Na'vi - Fnatic Nuke will be decided on the CT side, and both teams had a better T round.

I've been doing well bets wise this tournament (7-3) but as you see, I get some stuff wrong too.

Yeah, nades are quite important. Effective nades can really change the game. The aim comes with practice. the more you play the better it becomes. As i said, I started as a Silver 4 with very little gun skill. Everybody improves. As long as you call out people, put down nades, plant bombs, tag players etc. you are of a contribution.

Yep, sounds much better :)
