*** Cyberpunk 2077 ***

I am running 2070s and a 3600. You are not going to get RT but the game runs brilliantly. DLSS performance mode and I am getting between 74 and 60 FPS at 1440p TBF I am running adaptive sync on my freesync monitor so the FPS hit is not noticeable.
However I have 14 hours in since release and loved every min. Like you I was worried before launch that it would not hold up but fantastic experience so far.

Thanks for the info, I'm actually thinking about upgrading in a few months so I'll either hold out or just get the game soon and play it on what I have. Shame about RT, I was hoping for at least some of that.

One of the things really winding me up is the fact you'll be on an important mission or in the middle of some dialogue and you get spammed with phone calls from someone you've never met, then they message you a few times instantly trying to sell you a car or something. Don't know if its a bug or just badly thought out.

Oh!!! It's a FLAC download? Yoooiinkkkk, as an audiophile, this gives me fizz

If you link your STEAM account to GOG when registering you can reach the rewards for ordering the game, you can download the mp3/flac OST :)

Gonna start playing me some of this tonight. It better be good after 60gb of download. It also better run ok on my aging system :(
You have 16GB VRAM don’t you? Should run buttery smooth :p;)

I'm running a 2070s with a 2700x @1440 and FPS is higher than this most of the time, that's with DLSS on balanced.

My mind is actually blown with this game
I thought it was going to be so linea but once I had (small spoiler)
escaped from all foods
wow, the night city world feels so vast.

I love how every part of it like rooftops, houses, shops etc. can be explored. I'll take back what I said about it being a "GTA V with robots"

A couple of screenshots don't do it justice, but wow, i'm impressed. Similar jaw dropping moments as when first played Unreal in 1998 first seeing the castle flyby

Yep 1440p, have a [email protected] and 2080TI running at 2050/8000

Thanks. Similar to me - 5800X, 2080Ti 2050/8000
Running 3440x1440, Ultra. Film Grain, Chromatic Aberration, Depth of Field and Lens Flare off as you are but DLSS on performance instead of quality.

As per FPS in post below, around 50fps driving around with drops during action to 40s. Guess the trade off for higher resolution is increased DLSS (or a new 3090! :D )

Ok, now decided that my RTX3070FE cannot do RT Reflections and the DPS was up and down like a yoyo, dipping into the 20s quite regularly when out and about.. Turned it off, with everything else left to Ultra/on (bar those horrid basic settings) @ 1440p with DLSS Performance it looks and runs quite consistently with the FPS locked at 60.

I think I'll stick with that for now. Shame, because those reflections look really nice - maybe there's some tweaking on the other things to get things acceptable.

I'm on a 2080ti with a 3600x. Mini ITX system plugged into LG C9. Extremely immersive experience. I couldn't put it down!

I'm running it at 4k with medium Ray tracing and ultra performance. At most indoors getting about 65fps and driving around it can dip down to about 45fps but not to the point where it's off putting.

Using the rgbHDR (the second one)

Weirdly if I drop it to 1440 I don't particularly gain much.. like 3 or 4fps..

Or u could just use my desktop with a 3090.. but that has studio drivers and a small monitor!

I might try this actually.

I've turned Ray Tracing off for now on my 3080 to try and keep a better frame rate. I'm still seeing dips down to 40 in some areas but walkibg or driving around the city I'm getting 80+ with ultra settings and DLSS.

Hopefully the dips I'm seeing are down to optimisation needed, but not detracting from the experience yet. I've only just got my car and started exploring so not very far in yet.

I have had two CTD this afternoon whilst I was in steam chat.

Up to that point, 20hrs of game time, I had not had any. We then stopped chatting LOL and I have not had another in two additional hours.

Might be of some use.

Yeah I have a bit of a dilemma as I think I posted before - I have a Philips 436M6VBPAB Momentum on a second setup I use for racing games, etc. if I play CP it would look awesome on that... but then I'd need something faster than my 3070 and swap my whole setup around.
