Who else would show it? CDPR will have their own stuff for the show floor - XBOX just paid them to premiere the trailer. Same with Elden Ring, and any number of other third party games MS showed.

Still a year away, I doubt it.

As much as this game looks like it will be amazing and there's no reason to doubt the developers either I still don't see any purpose of pre-ordering it nearly a year before it comes out. Each to their own though.
