*** Cyberpunk 2077 ***

No I haven't. I might check it out then. How is it better?

You can add multiple platforms into it to have all libraries in one location, super slick and MUCH better than the original, give it a shot. I don't use it to browse new games, just manage the following platforms in one locations:

Steam
Uplay
Epic
Origin
Playstation Network
Xbox

Which from memory, is all of them haha. This is my dashboard this morning, I've not been playing much games but gives you the general jist. You can launch titles from the other platforms which obviously requires the other platforms to launch, but again, it's just a central location for everything.

(note, I just re-synced steam after changing password last month, so my stats are a bit odd in terms of games added)

Their saying it's better than the original, which doesn't say a lot tbh.

The new app is great, BUT the major selling point is that you can combine all your launcher titles into one app, what people often don't tell you is that when you try to open one of the games within GoG Galaxy 2, it'll open Steam, uPlay or whatever app the game you're trying to play is linked too.

It's still beta and things will change but this main point is unlikely to change atm.

I doubt the need for other platforms to launch when opening a game say from steam will ever not be a thing. In the options of GoG2, you can tell it to close out the other platform once you close the game.

Still, I appreciate that GoG are trying to integrate things.
