*** Cyberpunk 2077 ***

Picked this up before Christmas with the sale. Really enjoying it. Can only imagine its success if it released in this condition. Was a bit disappointed you couldn't just walk onto the metro stations and trains, breaks the immersion so I just end up using fast travel for that small period I you don't have a car at the start.
Why once you’ve been in a car you then cannot turn off the radio whilst walking around?
Cant turn it off in the bottom left?

Random cyberpunk update of the day.
They've updated the PS5 controller compatibility on PC. I now get vibration + adaptive/responsive trigger buttons. The gear shifts and resistance when using the throttle whilst driving is

Have you tried turning chromatic aberration off, in Destiny 2 it always made me feel nauseous?
Not sure if I tried that (was a while ago when I last had a go) but I googled and searched Reddit for fixes for Witcher 3 but none of them worked for me and then when Cyberpunk gave me the same problem, I just threw in the towel.

The Nova LUT mod (full version) has been updated, I RTFM this time and realised I had some file structures wrong. The game now has photo realistic lighting/colour. This is all built into the engine as all the mod dos is tweak internal parameters.

Quite remarkable.

I've been holding out for Cyberpunk for a while. I tend not to play RPGs - just too complicated for me - I prefer simple Doom style FPS and racing, F1'22 and Forza etc. Kind of things you can play for just 20-30 mins. I just about coped with the story/inventory etc in the Metro games. How accessible is Cyberpunk for a non-RPG player? I should add that 25 years ago, I played *a lot* of the Cyberpunk 2077 paper based RPG, I know the universe well!

That in general or just for this game? I connected the PS5 pro controller to my PC over weekend via bluetooth, didn't test it in any games though.
It differs from game to game. Some games (Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart) work with all functions/features of the PS5 controller over bluetooth, some only work with it plugged in. It really is a total lottery.

It's easy to pick up and get into really and you don't have to faff about endlessly with RPG stuff. Can if you want, but otherwise just choosing what looks cool and sticking with it etc to get stronger as you progress is fine.

I originally started a new save when the DLC came out to experience the improved gameplay, builds etc. It's definitely an improved game but I kept losing enthusiasm to go through the storylines again.

So last night I loaded an almost 100% complete save from before the DLC and was immediately overwhelmed with how much to setup and quickly lost interest again :( I guess I'll plod along with the newer save every now and then.

Dont worry mate im not normally into RPG'S. The RPG elements are basic, its more pick a gun style than anything.
Its basically a shooter with a very good story and a few RPG elements. Highly recommened.

Yeh agreed, I tend to stick with the silent silencers/headshot multiplier mods and play stealth with Power weapons like fps shooter lol - cba with all the quickhacks, tech weapons and potions or whatever else you can do with the game. I do think the variety of the game should be appreciated though, I'm probably doing it an injustice but RPG elements exhaust me

I just found my first weaponized car in a random warehouse. Very fun, Maelstrom never stood a chance. I'm liking Very Hard difficulty a lot more in 2.1 too. I've not found the enemies too spongy but they punish you for bad tactics.

Just when I think I've grown used to the visuals Path Tracing will surprise me.
