Cyberpunk 2077

Anyone know of a good guide for a netrunner build?
Get your street cred up to about 50 asap. As the best cyberdecks are north of 35+ street cred. I just farmed ncpd mini missions or whatever they’re called. Took an hour or two with an item of clothing giving bonus street cred. (Can’t remember what SC my character was on initially when I started….sooo, it may take longer for your char)

Then just put all your level up points in the section with the Quickhacks etc.

Edit - I then purchased a tonne of rare / epic components etc to make the epic quickhacks. I did this by buying the components from the netrunner vendor in Pacifica. Basically buy them all, walk away and fast forward time 24hr so their stock replenishes and repeat.

Thanks, will give it a go.

Finally completed the final mission the other day, sunk 40 odd hours into the game and has been a lot of fun.

Am annoyed though there are missable trophies and weapons, I likely won't go for the platinum but hate it when devs do that.

Had a save about 10 hours previous which I've gone back to and saved the person I needed to.

I’m at the point of no return, but am focusing on side content. Love the side quest with the kidnapper and the kids in the barn. Think I’m through a lot of the content now though. I’ve enjoyed this play through even more than the first and other than the odd bug it runs gloriously now.

Yeah that one stood out for me too.

Finished it last night after taking a 2 week hiatus midway, what a fantastic ride. Got the good nomad ending.

8/10

Can’t believe it’s the same game that got slated so badly on launch (although apparently warranted)

World, characters and story are brilliant. Would have scored it higher but felt movement and aiming especially was a bit clunky on console.

Looking forward to the dlc.

I hear you re. the aiming, I mostly stick to melee with blades and fists or shotguns where aiming is less of an issue. All of which are crazy fun.

I would like to try Cyberpunk on PC with keyboard and mouse but I'd have to spend a small fortune building a new rig, can't really justify it.

I was advised to pretty much turn all the settings down to 0 and aiming felt a lot better after that. It’s a bit janky early on but like most of these types of games that’s intended until you level up etc. It’s a great game now but I jumped on it a year or so after launch. Should never have released it in that state.

I've been waiting for this update all year to finally get started on the base game, I played a few hours when it first came out but sent it back to Amazon for a refund as even on the PS5, it clearly wasn't in a good place. Hopefully between the native PS5 version and this large update, the big issues both in terms of gameplay and performance are fixed or at least much improved. I'm looking forward to finding out.
