Surely they're going to make him Sir Jason Kenny? I'd be a bit miffed if I had just as many golds as the others and wasn't knighted? ... not that he's thinking that now

BW got knighted for the combination of TdeF and Olympic Gold didnt he? (I might be remembering that wrong) , but generally arent sports people knighted after they retire?
Kenny is only 28 and I'd be amazed if he hasn't got another 2 games in him. Given he's about to become Mr Trott, he might not have much choice in the matter.
Cav cut up the Korean who was nowhere in the standings. It was him going down that crashed in to the Italian. Cav totally to blame but he seems to be getting away with it.
I'm not sure about this one, both Boardman and Hoy claiming it wasn't intentional but it looked to this uninformed observer like it might have been. He probably didn't expect to take out Viviani as well though.
He's having no luck with trying to engineer a breakaway to gain a lap though.
//edit this whole changing channel mid event is getting really annoying but at least this time they didn't go for the stupid advert intro again.
Victoria Pendelton on 5 live just said the worst he'll probably get is a warning as it'll not be seen as intentional but as carelessness not looking over his shoulder to see the Korean.
Hansen just keeps going for it, it's kind of impressive but tactically might not be a brilliant idea. It's all getting a bit tense though and Viviani almost wiped out the French rider by accident there too.
//edit yep Hansen had nothing left for the final sprint so Cavendish takes the final point and gets the silver medal.
