Looking forward to it! The girlfriend knows that this weekend is DS2 weekend, so I shouldn't have any issues with playing for hours lol.

I just can't see this being as good on the PC, but who knows. I so want to pre-order this..

The only thing I am not sure about for the PC version is the player numbers...On the PS3 there was always someone to summon(usually more than one) for each boss, and there still is. I didn't play DS on PC at release and by the time I did there was hardly anyone about. Anyone play it on release have any comments?

I didn't summon for bosses - to manly for that

- but got invaded a whole bunch of times.

I completed Dark Souls last week and there was a lot of people to summon and invade me even now so I'm not too worried. There was around 10 summon signs down at the bonfire before O&S

Yea, having too recently completed DS, I can safely say there is still a large amount of people that play it.

I'm not worried in the slightest about it.

I am worried about being ganked every 5 mins though

Cool. When I played it I don't remember seeing many at all.

I can say though that invading is much better in DS2....I didn't get invaded once on PS3, and it was much easier to control.

There are loads of people still playing DS, I basically get invaded once a playthrough minimum and there are loads of people around bonfires throughout the game.

its certainly not dead...so Im not sure what your referring too.

I dont actually know whether im going to pick this up though, I love DS but DS2 seems a little bit lazy, lots of grouped enemies and bosses just to make it hard and very little in the way of new enemies etc..dunno were see.
