I really should practice parrying before making it my main tactic against the first boss!
I went with Assassin BTW. Cool armour.

Edit- get in. First boss(well, we all know it isn't a proper boss) down!

Game looks and plays great.

Firelink Shrine is excellent. A really good hub. First area is amazing!

I've only played just over an hour but I can tell this is absolute quality. It runs amazingly well so far and looks really good. Really atmospheric in a way that DA2 was maybe lacking.

first boss an absolute mare for me

(the crystal lizardy thing) one of its attacks if it even glances you (i roll behind him) is instant death.

Top notch performance and graphics so far. Maxed out no worries 1080p GTX980. Loving the new movesets attached to weapons.

Epic so far. Took 6-7 tries to beat 1st boss with Herald build, one go with Knight. Gotta love the long sword, now a flaming longsword thanks to the free gift
