Yes, hit the Print/screen key, open paint and paste the image. Use the crop tool to select an area of the screen where the fault is and place a circle round it so that we can see where to look, save the image to your desktop then post here. A dead pixel will show up in an image taken of the screen with the Print/screen key.

I assure you a screen dump will show a faulty pixel. I have done it many times over the years for friends who have had faulty pixels or sub pixels.

Anyway, I hope you get the TFT sorted, I have a dead pixel in the extreme upper left on my old hercules prophetview thankfully it's blue and I don't see it much.

Yep if the problem goes away then its pc hardware or software related ( as apposed to the Samsung TV)

There is no way a screen dump will pick up a fault with a pixel on the tv, it will completely remove it as the signal will be inits pure form rather than whats actually being seen.

Only way to spot a faulty or lazy pixel is to photograph it somehow
