[Edit] The graphic card is nothing to do with a faulty pixel. It is the monitor that has a faulty pixel and a screen shot will show it.

Use the crop tool to select an area of the screen where the fault is and place a circle round it so that we can see where to look, save the image to your desktop then post here. A dead pixel will show up in an image taken of the screen with the Print/screen key.
