You need to be more patient. Forcing the issue won't help you get the job.

If it happens, it happens.

Just remember, it is just a job and there are plenty of them around. I'm assuming that you are already working, so you are not desperate for work? Now, if you didnt have a job and NEEDED an income, then I would completely understand the desperation.

Just be patient and good luck....you appear to be good for it, so I hope you do.

Good luck, but remember interviews are two ways, you have to grill them, at the end of the day you'll be working with these ****'s for the next X months so make sure they are giving you what you want.
