Again!

Btw, I'm not a mind reader but I'm started to get worried about you winking at me after nearly every post! And I'm getting pretty tired after all this running ya know!

because csmager understood it and saw it as madness the way they pay me,
just didnt put all the facts down at the start, its my fault but at last some one saw and understood were i was coming from, hence my calander pay.

I'd still be extremely surprised if they paid you on a Saturday next year... but hey.

So you can understand why we were getting a little frustrated ;)

If that genuinely is the case then they are paying you on the basis of a 52 week year.

As I said earlier, had they kept the pay day the same forever, their method of calculation is valid.

I'm afraid (although it pains me to say), you should be being paid £150/wk to get your £7,800 a year.

No idea how you'd persuade your payroll dept to understand that though.

i work 12 months and on the 13th month the contract resets itself back to month 1 again.

Wait. There are now 13 months in a year? 13 months and 51.999999999999r weeks. Shall we switch to the Mayan calendar too, just to really shake things up? :D

Instead of me going through 8 pages could somebody be so kind to sum up what has happened upto yet in this thread ? :)
