The most frustrating part about all of this is that any random stable Arma build from 7 months ago would be extremely high performance with what we have done to the mod. There has been a maddening inverse correlation between what we have done for BP specific performance and what BI has done for general multiplayer performance. We have FINALLY gotten things under control to the point that BP has a performance SURPLUS to use (server performance well above our minimum requirements for stable) and BI release back to back patches with crippling performance problems that we now find out they knew about beforehand and released anyway. You can imagine how frustrating that is.

basically BI and arma 3 issues . they have to wait for BI to fix the crappy engine and updates. as always.

nothing to do with the mod as usual.
 
Anyone know if this is up and running properly again yet?

Had to uninstall Arma 3 recently due to lack of disk space, wondering whether to re-download.
 
Anyone had any luck with this in the last 48 hours. The launcher exe was not working for me which meant I was unable to update the relevant files to join directly through ARMA.

Also seems like the forum is down to try and futher troubleshoot.
 
Having a lot of fun with my pet dog the last few days, he's a zombie killing machine, perfect for looting without the need to watch your back for pesky zeds
 
Last few patches seem to have halved my fps?! Used to be a constant 60 except in the biggest of towns, have been hovering around 40 today and about 20 ish in towns. GPU Usage sitting at about 50% on both cards as opposed to the 100% they used to be.

Anyone got any ideas?

Been playing it the last week or so with some mates, and it all seems a little boring to be honest. Stratis is a terrible map through and through, Altis is just a barren wasteland that will see you getting shot the moment you try to move from one town to the next (over-exaggeration, but you get the point) and Thirsk is a deathmatch. Haven't tried New Haven yet but I can't imagine it would be much better...
 
You need a regular group to get the most out of BP. I find it too frustrating solo, too many people kill you on sight even if you're both Rangers etc.
