go into your console while on CSS (press the buttong above tab, left of 1) and paste it into there.

Or if you have an autoexec.cfg file you can add it there so that it always applies when you load up your game

Does anyone know what the 'Colour Correction' option in the video settings actually does? I enable it and see no change to the colour, but distant objects seem to go blurry.

yeah that's all it does for me. i *think* it effects colour more when you move from light > dark and visa versa, but i hate the blurryness

I wouldnt use it, its a liability in games to be honest, if everyone had it forced then it would add another layer of tactics to the game, but no one is going to give themselves and optional handicap when playing competitively. Though when all is said and done it does look spiffy, if a bit exagerated at times.
