Really have. I tested my HD in Lappy and my back up both clear which is good!

I haven't had much help here other than Don booting me off. really aprechate it guys

I sent the drive yesterday, i was not in the mood to move wednesday as it was my b/day.

So i guess i'll see it soon
 
I just had the new one delivered. No questions asked, no money requried. Amazing service
 
Heh, my dyslexia went in to overdrive when I read this thread title "Dead GF...Happily died..help!" lol

Anyway, back to the point at least they have a service where you can replace your products, I have had issues with my Hitachi HD and I am still waiting on their CS to reply.

Thanks for posting this, always good to know companies who provide good service. They tend to get my custom... strange that. :P
