Finally a response from OCUK, have said they will provide an update tomorrow. Hopefully this will take care of everything.

Dead MSI GTX 570 RMA'd and reported working, not sure what to do next

It's pretty obvious where the system falls down with a problem like this !
I'm sure they would test the card just in a motherboard out in the fresh air, whereas you would be running it in a hot confined case.
With a little more experience and maybe communication at both ends a little stability testing at slightly elevated clock speeds would have narrowed down the problem quickly.
I hope You don't end up out of pocket on this one, just put it down to unfortunate experience

Just spoke to a guy from OCUK, he's taking care of this now, so hopefully this will now be resolved. Shame this guy couldn't have been the dude dealing with it initially

Got a Gigabyte GTX 560 ti oc. On paper the performance is very similar and the price was close to what I paid for the 570.
