hehe thats what i did, :D could have done it in one go, but i want to keep my sanity :P

and.. just had my taste of impossible mode :D did the first chapter, theres like.. 5x more aliens after you than on medium mode.

Grabbed the military suit now and im done with this game, really cant be bothered to complete it again. :P

Well I say games like this need to be played alone in a room at night with all the lights out wearing high quality headphones.

I did this with Doom 3 and it was awesome, with Dead Space it would be mental. Guaranteed jumps!
 
I have just discovered D2D DL speeds are still pap.............
My cable is scorching at 40kbs:eek:
Lucky I can't see in the IR range- I'd be worried my cable was burning through!!

After reading this thread I really wanted to play it tonight.
Im not sure I can finish Fallout 3, its papper than d2d's dl speed!

Meh, I'll try it with the keyboard and mouse, I've never been better with a controller in any game, even if it was designed for consoles.

Reinstalled for the third time. This time I used the down;oad manager to extract and installed to default file path. Unsure if it's EA's DRM process or Vista being pernickity.
Very gay and tedious regardless.

finished the game on impossible mode, bleh nothing extra at the end... 1st level was the hardest on this setting due to a lack of ammo, once you have the ripper its easy mode

Picked this up last week for £15 from Tescos. Only had chance to play it for a couple of hours but boy is it scary. It's a shame it's not FPS and the controls are clunky. Still looking forward to playing it more though.

Yes, I found that frustrating so I switched to the 360 controller, found it fine for me since I've played games on the PC like res evil 4. Have just started the 7th level, don't know how many there are to go, 11 / 12 levels in total?
 
Apart from fraps is there a screenshot function in this game?
I see the question has been asked but not answered.
If it is printscreen where are the screenies saved?
