Dead Space Is Awesome!!

Completed it casually (on and off over weeks) last Thu and its a great game.

I nearly pood my pants a few times, more with the anticipation over fear and sometimes I had to stop for a while. :o

It does get you going with music/sound effects and lighting.
 
Just finished the game on normal, i have to say what a great game. Ive been given all my awards like new military suit and 50000 credits, its enough reason for me to go through it again:D
 
haha i ran through the first 3 levels of impossible mode with the military suit and maxed out power nodes, didnt feel like playing anymore since it got pretty easy.

Good game, but not really replayable. Hope there will be mods, add-ons, or even expansions for this then it should be worth playing :D
 
Just finished this, good game but found it extremely frustrating in some parts, not sure I'd play this one through again. All in all decent story with some nice visuals. Not bad.
 
Just finished watching Dead Space : Downfall the film, awesome bit of anime which shows events before landing on the Ishimura and helps you understand a bit just what the hell went on. Really worth while watch to complete the story thus far. Creepy as hell just like the game.
 
Ok, just ordered the game (finally), £12.99 not bad at all :) So the question is - Control preference, K&M or 360 Pad ?
 
I prefer keyboard regardless, So I can aim at there body parts properly (like you have to, to actually kill them).

Even if it is a bit ropey, just disable v-sync...if you google it there is an answer somewhere.
