Deadpool 2

Watched this last week. No where near as good as the first imo and probably 6/10 tops. Contemplated leaving towards the end

I didn't think it was that great really.

Sadness and Deadpool doesn't work very well. And Infinity War made me laugh more!

I assume you watched the post credit scenes? The movie was all about the character development but with an ultimately happy ending.

We see the same plot mechanic in the first movie, character falls in love, character diagnosed with incurable cancer.

Watch this yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed it bit am still unclear whether the ..
plot parody of Looper was deliberate

This, I wasn't overly struck on this one either. But then I didn't know what to make of the original too, despite what my teenage nephew said about it (he thought it was brilliant)

Really enjoyed this, not as funny as the first , but a more balanced film. Loved the meta reference to Cable's height, as I was moaning about it earlier :D

End credits were excellent
wolverine in dp3?

Saw this and thought it was childish and crude (yet I enjoyed the first one!!??). Took it a bit too far and didn't hit the mark with me, shame :(

Jackman cameo was the best part.

Watched the super duper cut which adds a few good scenes, but something is bothering me... hopefully someone can recall.

When Wade "dies" and sees his mrs ... the background music (I thought) was an acoustic version of take on me by A-Ha. However, having rewatched the new cut it's now the Celine Dion song (back to ashes)

Was this changed from the theatrical cut?

Nowhere near as good as the first film IMO. Not bad but it just missed the mark in so many areas. Some of the CGI was awful as well.

Saw it last night, personally thought it was as good as the first one. Very funny throughout, loved the new characters and the returning ones were as good as before.
