Like I said the offer is valid until May 12/14th can't remember exact date now, its late lol or until our stock sells out.

Sure, it's still a good deal. It's just that I'm disappointed that I won't be getting two free games when Gibbo specifically said they'd be included.

Hmmm.....

Was thinking about ordering one of these.

I play @ 1680x1050 res and currently have a 7800GT 256 meg.

I really wanted my next card to be 512meg as I think new games are going to see a big benefit over the coming months with more RAM.

At the res I play at do you lot think I should hold out for a 512meg card?

I have been thinking this myself. Only benchmarks show only a few PFS drop even at 1900'odd res.
However I have a feeling the next gen engines/games will be happier with it.
Then again, maybe they will be more reliant on programmed shaders and less on texture sizes. (though Quake Wars will be using MegaTexture tm)

Porbably not, my Boss won't believe me when i tell him the gates of Oblivion have opened and the Daedra are invading cyrodill, and only I (with the help of Martin) can save us all.

Mines for Delivey a day before i expected, so i guess i gotta stay home... sigh.

so tempted to get one of these as my 6800GT is begining to struggle allthough most stuff is pretty good at my 19" tft native resoultion still.

Need to decide whether to get one or wait for directX 10 to come out before i get a new card.

Dont want a card that doesnt support any new feature sets

Will this be any good for FEAR on a 19" monitor at max 1280x1024?

As for running Fear yeh it will run it very nicely

Gibbo, the link in your first post is broken, at the moment I cant see anyway to access the offer from the website.
The "this week only" has changed and the front page button takes you there instead of to the saphire.

^^ No Vouchers I'm afraid! The card is damn heavy though and there certainly seems to be enough cables to sink a battle ship! Just itching to get home and try it out now!

Ordered yesterday before 1pm. Havent even received any information yet :confused:

The sales rep confirmed the sale had been accepted, confirmed email etc. OCUK have our phone number. I guess they would have tried to contact us if something was not in order? Usually OCUK send an email very soon after placing your order, on phone or via the web.
