Dear Microsoft

Dear Billy,

Pleased with the console and the games, even your repair process seems good, but ffs, can you organise it with your repair centre and courier so it doesn't take longer to deliver the parcel than it does to repair it?

See people whinge that is is expensive, but i dont think it is, when you compare it to something like WoW where you have one game to play and its about 9 quid a month, on the 360 i pay 5.99 a month and get to play a multitude of games.

The only things I would love fixed is the noise issues and the crappy drives they use. Had one replaced already. Apart from that its a good wee console. I think with this gen, they have forgot what it is meant to be and that is a games console.

Sega and Nintendo had it right.

Ideally I would like to see better build quality, longer lifespans, quiet drives/fans and a free online service that isn't crippled.

Dear Microsoft,

thanks for bringing to market a games console that allows me to play some of the best games i've ever played.

thanks for opening the door to online gaming for me, especially co-op.

thanks for allowing me to try demos of all your arcade games before i buy them.

thanks for making a console so utterly addictive that another RRD just gives me the chance of 12 or so days rest from all the 360 goodness.

And some new 360 games like Frontlines Fuel of War do have dedicated servers.

ah...... Frontlines.... class online.
