Didn't quite get 6 full sets of OHP, but happy with the fact that I managed 75kg! I did try and get a video, just to make sure I was leaning too far back, but cant see exactly due to damned t-shirt.

at the end for a bit of sarcasm haha. Just a pity I can't nail my Deadlift lately. Only thing that isnt progressing as good as the rest.

Ended up doing core work and hitting my hammies and glutes for today. Deload next week, so will see how it comes back after.
