The biggest problem I ever had with uni was actually sitting down and starting the work. Once you begin and get into the flow it's nowhere near as bad as you imagine (usually). Try leaving the house and going into uni to do the work, less distractions, nothing else to do but do the work. Then when you get home you can relax, treat it like a 9 to 5 job.
Finally, by actually getting on and doing the work you'll be much more relaxed in your free time rather than having looming deadlines in the back of your mind.
