Will post back later tonight on thoughts as Win7 is now installed but I'm leaving it charging for the rest of the day while i catch up on the week's TV releases :p

Tonight will be when I find out if it has what it takes or if it will be another cog on the cycle of notebooks I have gone through so far ¬_¬

But initial impressions are highly promising, this may well be the keeper.

Win7 installed in about 30mins btw and desktop load was swift and there was minimal (if any) stutter - not even installed drivers etc yet.

Will do all that over the LAN and play some movies etc to see how the 4500MHD copes.

Oh yeah, I'll also post on how HDMI out works with 1080P content.

Is the shell removable? I'm sure you probably won't want to remove it completely :D I just like the layout of laptops on the inside!

I'm not pulling this thing apart man! Well not yet anyway :p when I get an SSD maybe ¬_¬

The best you're gonna get is this:

hmm I am considering one of these but have you noticed wwan aerials? Apparantly the wwan slot is above the wireless card but I cant see it in your photo. I have a dell 5530 wwan card I want to put in if I get it.

Thanks in advance
