In a trial of the person, yes. But not when the police are called. It would be downright reckless and negligent for them to try to ignore extremely relevant information about who they're dealing with.

You mean he wasn't an angel?

Current withness the forensic pathologist should be interesting, currently going into detail about the death certificate and the classifications that relate to cause of death.

Going into detail about the different classifications and how a medical homicide is different to the legal one, along with a breakdown the causes of death that relate to GF.

This has been mentioned again today and worth noting as this is a point that one poster got confused about earlier in the thread:

That's a new piece of evidence.

Apparently the squad car was still running during the whole indicent and with GFs prone at a street level with his face directly facing the exhaust of the squad car, carbon monoxide poisoning could have been a contributing factor in his death.

Yeah, that's a new one - not sure about that CO idea...

Though the notion that it was sudden death/an arrhythmia does seem reasonable though... someone with an underlying heart issue, blocked arteries, drugs and the heart rate increasing/adrenaline pumping in the arrest could have caused this regardless.

Then it's negligence from Chauvin and his fellow officers no ? They put GF in the position to be at risk from the exhaust ?

He isn't close enough to make the CO theory plausible IMO. Considering he 'couldn't breathe' before Chauvin had to subdue him the drugs theory is more credible for me, but there is so much doubt over the murder charges now.
