Thanks :)

The speakers are nothing special, although they do sound pretty damn good when they're cranked up...especially with my xonar dx card.

They're part of my old Samsung HT-Q20 Home Theatre System (underneath the scanner in my pic) that's hooked up to my PC, purely for music and gaming.

(Three speakers on my desk, two rear speakers on my bookcase behind, and subwoofer to the right of my desk).

...sounds nice :)

Its a work in progress. A decent DAC and its finished!

Graham slee solo connected to ipod classic video and touch.

Laptop connected to speakers. Laptop also used to update/charge ipods.

All that just for listing to your music? I might be missing something here

Just wait until I've saved some audio-cash, I need an bi wire amp and then some more Airloc cables! :D

My desk, monitor wallmounted (homemade).

My 6 way multi-gang socket is in the little hole/drawer in my desk.

The cloth at the back of my desk is to keep the mouse cable from scraping along the desk, I HATE that! :p

Cheers guys. The shelves probably are slightly bent yes, my Dad made them for me, they get the job done though. And yeah, the speaker/amp combo is powerful as hell, jus the amp as it is quite old (my godfathers old one) can sometimes take a bid of fiddling if you don't use it for a fortnight or so. Doesn't really bother me as I turn it on and play music all the time. :)

Can't remember if I put up a pic of my setup.. but I may have since aquired a Xbox 360 and changed my PC.. so.......

This is at my parents house.. I'm moving out in a month.. so I'll post up a pic of that setup when done :)

PC's do not belong on desks. They belong in the living room, under a 40" big screen TV, equipped with a wireless Xbox controller.

This is the future.

HTPC yes, general desktop/ gaming use > on desk.

Why would PC gamer would want to game on a 40" TV screen rather than a 24" + monitor with much higher res.
