*** Desk and Room Gallery***

I shall endeavour to get some pics up of my new setup back at uni with my new CA amp and Tannoy speakers. They blew me away (not literally, only ~30W per channel) when I first heard them. Coming from old PC speakers that is.

Sorry mrk but had to copy your idea of the amp table beneath the desk, think I probably have the same one, works a treat (thanks!).
 
You make it sound like 30w per chan is a bad thing :p

When it comes to proper audio components less is always better quality than more on high street brands!

Can't wait until I get my own place and get my equipment set up properly again (used to live in a flat, now in a house share with it all tucked into my tiny bedroom :()

Point taken, I have yet to crank that dial past 2, let alone up to 11! Any more than 3 and that would disturb the neighbours as I'm in a flat (with good soundproofing too).

I'll post some pics when I've tidied my desk a little! You can see my home made speaker stands then too.
 
Got rid of one of my 26" Samsungs and got another two 22" as I've decided i prefer using the smaller screens for browsing and general use, while keeping the bigger one for gaming and video. I think i might need a new desk and some dvi extensions now though!

I don't want multiple displays purely because I just know after calibration I'll sit there finding small minute differences!

prefer one big 24"+ :p
