Those are Ergotron Neo Flex desk mounts with the extra arm removed it looks like. I have one for my Dell, it's excellent.

The Dell has a VESA mount so I'd say yes!

They will fit most TFT's. So long as it has VESA capabilities then it should be fine. There is a panel checker on Ergotron's site, http://ergotron.com/SupportCenter/MatchYourDisplaywithaMount/tabid/387/Default.aspx.

Heavier TFT's may be a problem as the joint at the top won't support it and will end up falling forwards, leaving your monitor facing the floor.

There's a huge thread from ages ago on here about it. Check it out.

What monitor is it?

How far apart are the mounting screws for the current stand that came with it? If they're 75mm or 100mm apart then it might be fine as those are VESA standards.

The base screws onto the back of the TFT just below the middle with just a pair of screws (horizontally). I'll measure how far apart they are later...
