Looks like samurize, with his own config.

Do a forum search and it will throw up a few pages

this is my dkestop, but i have a problem

the winmap skin in the top middle, thats the spirit WHITE skin, but its black :s, both the black and white skins look like that

2ndly, what the heck is that line through it , asif someones had it in paint
