you just download the script (DesktopWeatherXML i think its called), then load up the standard config that comes with it, the only thing you need to change is the area code, it tells you how to do that in the documentation.
 
i could be wrong but i think it's longhorn beta or something

i saw a desktop a while back on another site and looked very similar

just thought id ask. but wheres the best place for high res Object Dock Icons.

and also Samruize Icons?
