Desktops!!

okay ive made a few changes to the ini file.

download at the same link as before. let me know if it works. if it doesnt the best thing (if you're on xp) would be to let me configure over the net. i can actually see how i can work around it then and whether or not its an error of mine

Sorry to sound dumb, at work at the mo lol, is it readily avail off the sam. site, as i have re-installed the script i got direct from you, and that has had no change, even when i change the locations an such.

Can someone please help me with desktopweatherpro SP4 for Samurize.

All I now get for the forcast is N/A.

This did work, and worked really well, now it doesnt'. I've re-installed the script, re-installed samurize, reset the image paths to my samurize folder using config/desktopweather.ini.

I've even deleted all the files out of my temp folder that relate to desktopweather. The tmp files themselves have N/A.

What have I done to it. Someone said that if you update more then every hour using the forecast sript it locks you out...??

Can some try UKXX0102 LOCID and see what you get??

Try bringing up your weather info at uk.weather.com it may just be that the info for you area is currently unavailable. It happened to me the other day. If its down, just use another area close to you.

Cheers **. I spent ages today getting that script worknig, and was worried I borked it..!!! :eek:

The posted NN range right up to 12 is coming up NA, and postcode 12 is 30 odd miles away from me, so will give up for tonight.

At least it is working, and by the way, I think it was your ini file I used in the end to figure it out..

This is the first time since about January that I've done my desktop; thought I'd brighten it up a little. Although I think I'll redo the Samurize config at some point.

Anyone got a link to uberskilled scripts? I'm at work so don't have my Faves.

Also, is there still a problem with the BBC weather script?

I had Y'z running flawlessly for months, then it decided to mess up of its own accord.. using moby fine atm.
