Thanks, I got the game for nothing with a gpu, I wouldn't of bought it otherwise as I'm not much of a multiplayer so even a short partial campaign's better than nothing, I just had a quick look and it looks pretty good. Have fun.
 
Finally finished the campaign, took my time and was L20 by the end.

Thought it was good, especially the last couple of levels. Had to turn the music off though, it's just trumpets being blown in your ear the whole time, just when you think they can't get any louder they do, it never stopped ....

Can't wait to get stuck into the game proper now :D

How many hours did you get out of the campaign?
 
Just a heads up as the clan is feeling a bit... un-clan like. There's a OCUK discord (have a search) which would be awesome if you could join as this game is completely trash at LFG.

Would help people get a raid going and other stuff!

Discord link is on the first post. You don't need to speak but comms and timing are key for some of the later game events.

On the last boss of the raid just now, got him to a mm of health and then we all ran out of ammo and wiped . lol Such an amazing experience. Will finish it on Monday and might try it on warlock over the weekend.

Loving this game so far.

Started a Warlock yesterday.. Got it up to 248 light today. Haven't even finished the story, only just got access to Nessus. Voidwalker is still my favorutei subclass i think.
 
Getting higher than 265 has been difficult, at 270 now and have completed everything but 3 challenges. Think i might start again and get to level 20 before doing any story stuff.

Finding the same issue, I was 262, played for two nights, Nightfall a couple of times and only got an extra 4 levels out of it.
 
Did Nightfall last night and that was rather tricky as I was undergeared at the time. Finished it with 2 minutes to spare which wasn't great :(

Got the warlock to 250 after farming but I'm tempted to switch over to Titan and run that full time.
 
This is what Xur is selling this week.

This weekend, players can spend 29 Legendary Shards on the Graviton Lance pulse rifle.

Hunters can grab the Young Ahamkara’s Spine gauntlets for 23 Legendary Shards.

Titans can pick up the Mask of the Quiet One helmet for 23 Legendary Shards.

Warlocks can purchase the Nezarec’s Sin helmet for 23 Legendary Shards.

The Destiny 2 Xur location for this week is on Earth, near the Winding Cover landing zone.
 
After a long night we managed to beat Bathing Pools and Pleasure Gardens. Despite the numerous wipes it was still good fun, managed to kill the dogs at about 1a.m when everyone was running low on energy. I know I was.

How the hell the raid would be pug'd i don't know.

Hopefully finish it before the reset!
 
bummer i already have the lance was the first exotic gun i got from engram, not overly impressed with it as its pulse. i'll grab the gear though.

Not many 6-7 ish if you just did the campaign alone. but I did lots of adventures and lost zones etc in between so triple that.

As others have said though, the campaign is basically a tutorial to set the scene. The real game is after it and after you hit level 20.
 
I really hate that it forces you to play the story 3 times.

Going to try and do a raid tonight if anyone fancies it? I'm a late starter so maybe 9/10ish
