erm, three of my kinetic exotics have disappeared, definitely couldn't have accidentally deleted them as they were locked.

Got up to 282 light

On Nessus for the Cabal event at Artifact's Edge, you can shoulder barge (with Titan Striker super) the heroic boss off the ledge. Did it twice and people stood by the edge wondering if he would respawn or if they'd have to wait out the timer. 15-20 seconds later, the event finishes

Where do I go for the reputation side of things? and bounties etc? Like the main hub in Destiny 1? The "farm" seems like a hub but I cannot see them.

Bounties no longer exist but have a replacement in Challenges. Once you've progressed so far in the storyline so that Cayde et al now appear at the Farm the Challenges should open. This basically gives you three challenges a day for each location as well as in Strikes and Crucibles.
