OK Im gonna start a regular Hard Raid team/clan in the vein of trying to get 6 regulars together to keep attempting it each week. Seems more sensible than attempting it PUG style - we can do the Raid on Normal (can be ran through in just over an hour) and then Hard so it covers both of them in one evening hopefully.

I thought Fridays at 7pm? Levels 29s+ with 300 attack weapons, knowledge of all the raid (shield use and inside/outside portals) and comms would be ideal - people I've raided with before would be great - whos interested?

You won't need to sign up every week but if there's spaces free due to people not making it I'll post in here. Would be great to just do this week in and week out as could just be a team we carry through the new Destiny raids...

The Raid on Hard isn't just a little bit harder so be mindful of that - seems you need to have a decent team where you aren't carrying anyone...

EDIT: I guess the time/day isn't hard and fast all the time - just chose the easiest day for me really...

EDIT2: Actually this might be better phrased as a raid clan more than anything

EDIT3: Will send some PSN messages to people I know from here that would be nice to have join too...

I'm away in London this weekend but this is something I would be very interested in, the group I usually raid with are more casual guys and it's going to be quite some time before they're all ready to do the raid on hard. I already talked to them last night about finding a seperate group for hard raids, keep in mind I have never done the raid on hard mode before but I don't really encounter any difficulty on normal. I'm a level 29 Titan, my brother is about the same level of skill as I am and he's a level 29 Titan too so we would love to get into one of these sessions sometime.

Well I'll put you in, happy to have your brother in if he's done raids before but I'd like get an OcUK 'hard raid clan' sorted if possible. I know a few people who have done hard raid just have to go elsewhere to do it so rather get something regular together.

I'll put your bro in for now though! Hope that's ok - got his details?

You're always welcome - not sure how I'll handle having more than 6 and then all available to do it on the same night. Wondering if its worth having a few reserves - ideas?

I would sign up but VoG normal screwed me and I got 0 raid armor drops so far which is pretty damn annoying. Stuck at lvl 28 for now, don't really wanna blow a load of ascendant materials on gear that's going to be replaced with raid armor, so QQ. (Especially annoying cos I have 4x 300atk weapons, including an "oracle buster" primary).

Had to do the same with my Warlock as only got 1 raid armour drop. Got the raid helmet now but for weeks I was getting nothing.

My hunter on the other hand has only done it once and bam 2 pieces of raid armour - annoying as Im not a hunter fan for PvE - needs more skill than I possess at times...

TBH my requirements aren't hard and fast - just want a regular team together all working towards doing the raid on hard - seems frustrating to achieve that challenge any other way IME.

EDIT: If you wanna try this week and see if you feel like you need to be 29 I'm game? Won't have a couple of people anyway this week!

Hey I'm Drunzer's brother I have done the raid with him a few times on normal and not encountered many problem's. My PSN ID is CoreyMcK20 and I am available most nights during the week but I will not be available at all this weekend as I will be in London.
 
I'd be happy to join the Raid clan ps3ud0 with only my level 30 Hunter I'm not crazy enough to have multiple characters etc... yet.... But I know all the roles and how to go about doing Hard (be scared very scared of everything!).

There may also be weekends where I can't make it etc so I would keep that in mind!

Just need one character to make it dude - dno how my alts have levelled up as all I've done with them is dailies/public and bounties. Only just started trying them in the normal raid but as Ive got so many materials I decided to get their armour up.

@ShakeNBake - Considering Drunzer and bro can't make it - wanna try it to see if you need to be 29? I'd always say it's essential but its not like you won't achieve that soon anyway. Added you to the 'reserves' if that's OK?

Happy to move to Saturday this week - unfortunately I'm at the footy tonight and on Thursday its Diwali so Friday and weekend is better. Most times I'm pretty available but Fridays are nice for gaming as always can have a lie in...

Sign me up! I just need to be mindful of the 8:30 PM Normal run as well which I'm trying to keep on that time every week :)

EDIT: If Saturday is popular with people that would be fantastic!
