Dexter - Resurrection (2025)

Glad there's just one left means i can finally start to watch it and catch the last one when it drops next week! Been annoying as my sons been watching it and keeps telling me how good it is :cry:

I didn't watch only listened, so had to go back and watch, yep, that's cool. Now I have to go back and watch the other end credits.
 
Episode 10 Finale. Very good episode.

Not as good as some of the others this season but still a solid 9.something.
Possibly not as good as it doesn't have a cliff hanger of an ending as its the final episode. I am glad Charley got away from it all with her mum though. Dectective Wallace, wow. She can move lol. Over all, tied up the season very well and I think it is up there with the first few seasons.
I was a bit miffed Masuka and Quinn didn't play a bigger part considering what Batista told them before he went to New York. As in he didn't need them but would know when it kicks off or something along those lines.

The final scenes where dexter is on the boat, it left it open for more seasons as it wasn't an end if you know what I mean.

However, saying all that, my ideal ending would have been - As he chucked the bags overboard, the camera follows them sinking to the sea bed. Camera fades to show multiple black bags on the sea bed. 1 year Later fades in on the screen. Dexter, Harrison and his girlfriend sitting in a restaurant celbrating Harrisons enrollment in college. Dexter turn sand smiles at the camera and gives us that wink he does followed by that sound (ching) that happens on the OG series intro as hes walking out his flat in Miami.

Awesome, glad to hear the wait was worth it no way was it going to end with his son shooting him dead like that. Need to binge it while the memory is still fresh!

Absolutely brilliant loved the finale. It was a bit predictable but still executed pretty well. Pun intended. :D
