** Diablo 4 Thread **

Hey all!

Friend got a code with his new 4070 which he's just purchased but has already purchased the pre-order of the game, is there anyway to activate the code without having a 40 series card in my machine?

He won't be building his new PC till next weekend and we were hoping to get on and start the campaign this evening :(
 
I take it you just continue on the same map when when you've completed the campaign?

I want to go straight to WT3 when I hit level 50 but I'm already level 38 and haven't finished Act 1 yet.

Tempted to ignore the side quests, dungeons and statues, do campaign only and then come back to those bits later.

Is that how it works or is it a restart when the campaign ends?

Unless you know someone with a 4000 series card that can activate it for you, you'll need to pop his 4070 into a PC in order to activate the code.

Yeah you just continue on the same map so all the side quests, etc are still there along with all the new activities that unlock when you finish the campaign.

You dont need to be 50 to move to WT3 either. I did it at 41, but you have to complete the capstone dungeon so it depends if you're geared enough for it (or you get someone to drag you through it)

Right, i cant resist any longer lol im going to buy the game now! as a complete diablo noob i just hope i can get into it and enjoy it as much as you guys :)

Looks good from the couple of videos ive watched, hopefully its not to complicated to get into, think i may start as rouge, is this a good idea for a noob?

Advise you to do the campaign and nothing else going forward. Once you reach level 50, you no longer get any experience from WT2. You can't get to WT3 without beating the capstone dungeon at the end of the campaign.

Got to lvl 30 and just started Act 1 (as some post on here mentioned lvl 40 last Act)!

Keyboard lights are great too - 2nd game to utilise that feature.

this is my problem too, i can get a code off MM but no 4 series card as you can only redeem via Geforce Experience which does that check. If anyone got any suggestion would be welcome.
 
Need help people, how do i use bow and daggers? basically i have both equipped, chose bow skills in skill tree and i was using the bow for a bit, but then i couldnt use daggers, somehow i now can use daggers but cant also use the bow even though its equipped, its just sat on my back.

Im using a controller and only have 2 dagger moves mapped on the bottom bar, do i also have to have the bow mapped down there to use it? and how do i change one of the dagger moves for the bow? its driving me mad lol

Yea... but surely that gives you a battle net code??
Then you use that on battle net?

So have him get the code??
