Finding it hard to get upgrades now. Level 58. Just the odd item over PL 700 or close to it.

Servers gone down? Was in party with Nexus and we both got dropped..then menu wouldn't load right and now stuck in queue for 15 mins that is showing queued for login <1 minute

My character select popped up for a moment before crashing out and it said I was level 59 when I'd just levelled to 61 and upgraded all my gear....
