The game takes place on Sanctuary, a world of dark fantasy. Unbeknownst to most of its inhabitants, Sanctuary was saved some twenty years ago from the demonic forces of the underworld by a few brave and powerful heroes. Most of those warriors who directly faced the armies of the Burning Hells -- and were fortunate enough to survive -- went mad from their experiences. pricing was unconfirmed then as I said and was merely guesswork.

there is 4 in stock. there will not be any more.

the buy in price for these was huge and we will not be getting any more stock, ever.
 
and in a few months time they will reappear for about £40...always happens with Blizzard stuff.

ridiculous pricing despite the short term stock issue - but mugs will buy no doubt.
 
considering we actually make no money on the standard edition, this seems to be the going rate for the CE

I would base my pricing on what competitors are charging, but they don't have it listed for me to check.

Spoke to Game/Gamestation at lunch and while they can't offer CE in-store they expect a restock within 2 weeks for additional online orders.

Asda/Tesco expect to have limited stock of CE available in-store from midnight.

eBay has buy it now for less than £100, although these may not be guaranteed available if they are just re-sells of online orders placed elsewhere.

I'll happily order one from you as a "just in case" at that price, however if I walk into Tesco/Asda tonight and get one you could expect to have it returned as soon as it arrived.

I would beg to differ.

I was a big WoW fan, and I have the CE editions of the original WoW and the following 2 expansions. All 100% sealed (bought the standard editions for normal price to install and play also) I have been offered £500 for the 3 CE editions I have politely declined these offers, so I suggest you chillax out a bit, if you do not want to buy the CE D3 just don't, and move on, no need to troll the world is there!
 
I am chilled - infact your response is the only thing thats wound me up so thanks for that.

There's a clear difference between someone paying over the odds for a CE 'years' down the line and picking it up mere 'months' after launch - which has happened to every single CE edition blizzard have released.

we are looking to have less than 10 CE provided to us. they are like hens teeth so be quick if you really want one.

they will be around £70-£90 but this is still unconfirmed.

again, this is blizzards pricing and unfortunately something I am unable to do much about.

The blizzard RRP for the CE is $100 US and £69.99, the majority of retailers sold at lower than this.

So much for £70-90, £130 is a disgraceful price, hows the 100% profit margin?

I guess business is business....
