Get them on eBay!! Worth a mint, I didn't start getting the CE's until Wrath, managed to get a TBC CE last year at a decent price, but the original is the only one I still don't have and I've been watching them for ages, only thing is, the longer I leave it the higher the price gets.

My D3 CE from OcUK arrives in the next couple of hours, I have to admit initially I was a bit shocked with the price, however economics is all about supply and demand. OcUK were lucky enough to get what must have been some of the very last CE's in the UK, almost all the retailers I talked to yesterday that were expecting a delivery of the CE didn't get any.

One of the largest ASDA stores in the UK sadly only received just 12 copies of the SE version, I was luckily at the front of the queue, however I feel bad for the people that turned up as I was leaving as there were more than 12 people already waiting at the till.

So even though the price was high, I was willing to pay it and I'm a happy bunny. Thank you OcUK.
 
So what's the story, are the standard copies dispatched for delivery today or am I a fool to wait for my copy in anticipation like a puppy scratching on the door? :D
 
all standard copies were dispatched yesterday so if you paid for a next day service then it will be with you today

all CE versions were upgraded to DPD next day FOC.

we are awaiting second allocation now. should be here tomorrow or the day after

Ah, to clarify, people with free shipping were upgraded to dpd for a next day service. your account does not qualify for free shipping just yet.

Yeah I thought as much shortly after I posted, thanks for the clarification though.

Just need to get out of this course and back home to play, thank god I've got 14 days off coming up.

Fairly good so far! I've not played an isometric dungeon crawler before this - I'm finding it strangely compelling :)

I've just completed normal mode and looking forward to the challenges ahead. To the Diablo veterans - does skill actually matter that much in this game or can you just grind gear until Inferno becomes a walkover?
 
Don't think so. There was a video floating around of the devs playing inferno in "crafted" gear getting owned, so I doubt it'll be easy :P
