24-carat please.

Damn it, I am too late! But I stick with MX4 (it will make no difference to this new Diamonds compare to MX4)

So if you use 24-Carat Thermal Compound for a typical aircooled setup, would it make sense that in a watercooled rig you'd expect more of a temperature drop in this instance? And has anyone tried this as I would like to know the difference from AS5, etc to 24-Carat?

No. Watercooled rigs tend to already have lower temps than aircooled rigs, so the temperature difference would be even less significant.

I'm in no way a water expert but I would have thought the opposite was true.

If the watercooling can remove heat faster than air then it would take greater advantage of the improved thermal conductivity of this compound as it would create less of a bottleneck in the heat transfer.

If I'm wrong I want reasoning as I'm rebuilding my loop soon ^^ more research for better results as always :D

Got excited when the postman knocked at the door today, sadly no diamond paste :(

I think more likely they post through the letterbox as I do remember I order MX3 and MX4 from ocuk as they post through my letterbox from royal mail 1st class next day delivery. As Thermal Compound is very tiny and small and should not need any parcel signature at the door.

The following users has not linked there forum account to their shop account. So I have no address details to ship out the paste too....
