That's one awful diet plan! It's devoid of any decent fats and is too high in carbs, all this diet will succeed in doing is raising blood insulin levels which directly drives body fat storage and causes constant hunger due to it's lowering affect on blood sugar.
Here's mine. Compliment with as much fruit as you like
Fruit is one of the worse foods to eat for those wishing to lose weight as the fructose spikes blood insulin levels which in turn will lower blood sugar and create hunger. To shed body fat lowering blood insulin is vital. Good fruits would be avacado and berries in limited quantity.
To the op'r,eat a traditional/non-processed food diet, cut out refined sugars and carbs of all types.
Eat all meats/fish/eggs/raw dairy if you can get it,raw cheese is quite easy to find nowadays, raw meaning (unpasteurized) and good fats and oils such as Butter,Lard, tallow, coconut oil, olive oil. Eat vegetables but not starchy ones such as potatoes, stick to fibrous veg such as Broccoli, cabbage, spinach, cauliflower etc.Avoid pasta and rice especially refined types as again these will spike insulin levels.
So basically just eat Meats,fish,eggs,non-processed fats, vegetables and salads of all kinds, but not root vegetables (those that are grown below ground as they have high sugar content). Avoid fruit other than avacados and limited quantities of nuts and berries.Drink plenty of fresh water and limit caffeinated beverages.
Get some type of exercise that you enjoy,no need to go crazy, just good regular brisk walks in the fresh air will do,no need to involve yourself in anything that you don't enjoy.
Most of all ignore the food faddists with all of their low fat diet crap! low fat diets are extremely damaging in the long run and are completely useless for weight loss! we need good fats in our diet. Good luck mate.
