Diets - Macros and Calories, what do you really need?

do you think i should bulk or cut? I'm not gonna show you what i look like now though! :p

Steedie gave me the diet originally and I figured it would be quicker for him to reply in here than via email as he's a busy chap and I can't catch him at the correct times on the bookface currently.

I know your last line is a pee take, so I shant bother replying ;)
 
I've recently been trying to lose some weight. Started out at around 15st 4lb and at the moment around 14st 13lb so have lost some. I have been logging what I am eating and find it helps manage the calories I have coming in.

Not doing much exercise at the moment but intending to get out and have a run every now and then. I just wanted to check, in regards to what I am eating that I am not making any huge mistakes:

(I don't go to Pizza hut every day for lunch - I go to the work canteen and have the sala bar from there but obviously it isn't listed in the application I use so have used the information from Pizza hut as a place holder - same with the quiche, that is from the canteen also).
 
Problem number one :)

Ha, the plan is to get up in the morning and go have a run or a swim three times a week. Did it last week but had a cold this week (excuses, excuses) so haven't felt like it. Will be on it again next week for sure. Also been climbing the stairs at work rather than taking the lift - 7 floors in total, feel shattered by the time I'm at the top!
