Not doing much exercise at the moment but intending to get out and have a run every now and then.
Problem number one
Ha, the plan is to get up in the morning and go have a run or a swim three times a week. Did it last week but had a cold this week (excuses, excuses) so haven't felt like it. Will be on it again next week for sure. Also been climbing the stairs at work rather than taking the lift - 7 floors in total, feel shattered by the time I'm at the top!
